Working directly with Bond director Cary Fukunaga at Territory Studio, I designed and animated numerous UI screens for Q Branch and MI5 headquarters.
Iām particularly proud of the Q-Dar UI. A piece of Q-Tech that creates a 3D point cloud scan of the villains lair, created in Cinema 4D with X-Particles, I created over 25 animated UI screens that play a critical part in the narrative of the end section of the film.
I also created a complex particle system to simulate the way deactivated nanobots travel harmlessly though blood, but activated ones bind to red blood cells and grow branches creating lethal clotting. These simulations were rendered in a style that simulate the view through a scanning electron microscope, are an important role in visualising a complex part of the films narrative.
